Rihanna hit the visitor hotspots of Jerusalem and Tel Aviv this weekend.  She arrived into Tel Aviv for the Israel portion of her tour on Thursday.   Then headed to Jerusalem to visit the Dead Sea and other attractions on Friday.

Wale ended up performing today at the D.C. Pride Festival after all.  After the fall out from the organizers hit an all-time high once Wale allegedly backed out a couple weeks ago after finding out who the performance was for, he decided to go through with it.

The D.C. GLBT community put Wale on blast and called in "homophobic" after he backed out.  But it seems today things were smoothed over when he Tweeted: "I’m cancelling what I was supposed to be doin..to go …yeah ILL BE THERE!! I’m not scared nor do I have any hatred for ANYBODY."  Interesting. 

Wale reportedly didn’t know he was even supposed to be in DC till July.  But the organizers are standing their ground saying they are glad he chose to uphold his contract. 

Remember Brandy Rusher from "America’s Next Top Model" cycle 4?  Well, the 25 year old was just arrested this weekend for wilin’ out on some cops in Houston.  She was charged with a misdemeanor on Thursday for pushing and shoving a Houston police officer.

According to the report, "investigators say the officer had responded to a call of loud music from Rusher’s apartment. The officers say she cursed them and then tried to run away."

Carmelo Anthony got a birthday bash to remember last night in West Hollywood.  His wife-to-be LaLa Vazquez hosted his 26th birthday party at Phillipe.

Their celeb friends came out to party and the guest list consisted of: Tyrese, Dwayne Martin, Ciara, Christian Milian, Cuttino Mobley, Chrisette Michele, Manny Halley, Tisha Campbell, Vanessa Minillo, Melody Thornton, Laz Alonso, Dirty Money, Keith Robinson, Rochelle Aytes, Zulay Henao and others.

LaLa hired her wedding planner Mindy Weiss to help with the bash.  One of the rooms at the restaurant was transformed into a casino with custom decor, black jack tables, and Las Vegas style dealers. There was a magician and belly dancers and appetizers circulating.  And LaLa also copped a birthday cake with Melo’s logo on it.

Ciara was there to party it up with La and the belly dancers.

So were Tyrese and Laz Alonzo.  Cute looks for La and Ci.

Christina Milian came out looking nice.
