(AllHipHop News) After months on the market, Philadelphia rapper/actress Eve has finally sold her Hollywood Hills home, according to the Los Angeles Times. The 4,297 square-foot house, which was was built in 2005, sold for $1,325,000. According to records, Eve took almost a $400,000 loss on the home, which she purchased in 2005 for $1,775,000.
