Knock Knock, The Cops Want You: Rihanna & Rick Ross

Word has it those little inky pet projects Rihanna had going on last night may cause her to be wanted by the cops. NYPD is investigating the situation and may end up fining her as much as $300 for the first offense, $500 for the second and $1,000 for the third. She tatted up 3 people last night with umbrellas and R’s. Too bad it was illegal because she’s not licensed to do so. According to the NY Law Department:
“Only licensed tattoo artists can administer tattoos in the city according to the City’s Health Code. We are sending someone down to follow up on this.”
Womp womp.
And word hit the net that Officer Ricky Ross may have been arrested today by one of his former co-workers cops in Ft. Lauderdale. But after sources checked with the police department, nobody by his government name William Leonard Roberts II had been taken in. Story’s still developing, but it looks like it was all just a rumor. Somewhere 50 Cent is annoyed…
